Nico Parker, who starred in Disney's Dumbo, has been cast in HBO's version of the blockbuster video game The Last of Us. The program will be written and produced by Craig Mazin, the creator of Chernobyl, and Neil Druckmann, the creative director of The Last of Us. It will take place in the aftermath of society's collapse. Joel is charged with rescuing 14-year-old Ellie as they venture across the country and struggle for survival in the year 2033.
